ARABAKI ROCK FEST.15をもっと楽しむための公式アプリを制作。公式アプリならではの特典として、以下の機能を盛り込みました。

・あしあと機能 ： アプリをインストールしておくだけで、みたアーティストのタイムテーブル欄へ「あしあと」マークをつけられる機能。
・アルバム機能 ： 「あしあと」がついているアーティストの写真が公式サイトよりも先行で配信され、いち早くフェスの様子を思い返すことが出来ます。
・マイタイムテーブル機能であなただけの行動予定が立てられます。

あしあと機能はiBeaconを活用
アーティストをみたという記録を残せるあしあと機能。複数あるステージから、訪れている場所を特定することが必要ですが、ステージ間は近接している箇所もあるため、ビーコンをもとにした位置情報を利用することで判別精度を上げました。またアプリを常時起動しておかなくてもビーコンを検知できることも利点となりました。

We developed the official app to enhance the experience of ARABAKI ROCK FEST.15. The app includes the following exclusive features:

・Footprint Feature: By simply installing the app, users can mark a ‘footprint’ on the timetable section for the artists they have seen.
・Album Feature: Photos of artists with ‘footprints’ will be available ahead of the official site, allowing users to quickly revisit their festival experience.
・My Timetable Feature: Create a personalized schedule for your festival activities.

ARABAKI ROCK FEST.15
One of the largest outdoor music festivals in the Tohoku region, celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2015. It is a major spring festival, with a record attendance of 50,000 people.

The footprint feature utilizes iBeacon technology. This feature records the artists you’ve seen by identifying your location from multiple stages. Although stages are close to each other, using beacon-based location data improves accuracy. Another advantage is that beacons can be detected even if the app is not actively running.
