  • Web制作を中心にしたデジタル広告プロダクションとして株式会社ディー・エム・ピーを仙台で創業。

    dmp Inc., a digital advertisement production company deeply rooted in the Tohoku region, is established in Sendai.

  • 東京オフィスを開設。

    Tokyo office established.

  • 映像制作部門を立ち上げ、TVCMの制作を中心に受託制作を開始。Webと映像のワンストップ制作が可能となる。

    Established the video production division, and started production of TV commercials and so on. This enabled the company to create both web and video content with one streamline.

  • 開発部門を立ち上げ、スマートフォンアプリの受託開発を開始。デジタル広告制作物全般に関してワンストップ制作が可能となる。

    Established the development division, and started development of smartphone apps, which helped the company provide digital advertising services of a wide variety in one go.

  • 東北の制作リソースを米国で提供するためASA Digitalブランドを発足。

    ASA Digital launched to offer Tohoku resourced production services to the US market.

  • ASA Digitalを法人化し、株式会社ASAを設立。

    ASA Digital is incorporated as ASA Inc.

  • 株式会社ASAにて、デジタルコンテンツのための検証（QA）サービスを開始。

    Acquisition of dmp Inc. as a 100% subsidiary company to convert to a group company structure.

  • 株式会社ディー・エム・ピーを存続会社とし、株式会社ASAと合併。合併後の会社名は株式会社ASAとする。

    Merger between ASA Inc. and dmp Inc.Combined company named ASA Inc., while dmp Inc. becomes merging company.

  • ASA America inc.を設立。

    ASA America Inc. established.

  • 株式会社ASA QA 設立。

    ASA QA Inc. established.

  • 株式会社ASAtte 設立。

    ASAtte Inc. established.

  • グループブランドを ASA DIGITALに統一し、ロゴを一新。

    United group’s brand name as “ASA DIGITAL” and renewed company logo.

  • ソネット・メディア・ネットワークス株式会社（現 SMN株式会社）の連結子会社となる。

    Became a consolidated subsidiary of So-net Media Networks Co.,Ltd. (currently SMN Corporation).

  • 株式会社ASAを存続会社とし、株式会社ASA QA、株式会社ASAtteを吸収合併。

    ASA QA Inc. and ASAtte Inc. merges into ASA Inc. with ASA Inc. as the surviving company.

  • ロサンゼルスオフィスを開設。

    Los Angeles office established.
