2015年に開業予定の仙台市地下鉄東西線をテーマに『SEE THE LIGHT』、『LIGHT & SOUND』の２本のアプリをリリースしました。
沿線のまちづくりには市民、事業者、行政などたくさんの想いをともにした市民恊働が求められています。この２つのアプリは、東北出身もしくは仙台に縁のあるクリエイターたちと共に、震災を乗り越えた東西線の軌跡をPR。さらに、クリエイターやミュージシャンとのコラボレーションによって、仙台の新しいまちづくりの可能性を多くの人に感じてもらうのが狙いです。

Created two applications “SEE THE LIGHT” and “LIGHT & SOUND” to coincide with the the launch of Sendai City’s new Tozai subway line in 2015. For effective planning along the new subway line, the publics opinions, alongside local businesses were heard and discussed with the local administrative offices. Both apps were themed around the Tozai Line and focused on the relationship with the developers, either Tohoku natives or people linked with Sendai, to trace the path overcoming the 2011 disaster to the creation of the Tozai Line. By collaborating with the developers and musicians, we hoped to bestow in people a real sense of the power for future planning in Sendai.
